You may or may not have experience working with search or staffing firms, but we believe the SRI experience is like no other. At SRI, you are far more than a name on a résumé. We take the time to listen to and understand your strengths, your career goals and your ideal work environment. Our search consultants are experts in your field and make your job search efficient and successful. The ultimate goal is to place you in a position that will jumpstart an exceptional career.
Mutual success. Our clients range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia. They seek dynamic individuals to contribute and excel in high-potential roles: innovative and driven professionals aiming to deliver a positive impact on their company’s future. Their success depends on their employees’ success, and they come to SRI because we are a search and staffing firm with access to their industry’s top talent.
Personal guidance. After an initial prescreening, we will schedule a one-on-one interview. We will discuss your background, experience, accomplishments and career progression in great detail. We will seek to fully understand your short- and long-term career goals and the corporate culture you desire. We help you realize your potential, how to effectively navigate the employment market and discover which opportunities would best help you achieve your career ambitions.
Constructive feedback. In 2010, SRI made 3,000 introductions between candidates and clients. The fit between you and a potential employer is one of the most important considerations when establishing these introductions. Regular feedback is essential throughout the interviewing process and continues even after you have been successfully placed with a client.
Confidentiality. We understand that contacting a search or staffing firm while employed can be stressful, and confidentiality is of the utmost importance. Our recruiters maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Integrity is a significant component of our 40-year history of success in this industry.
Contingency, retainer or contract. We provide searches through contingency or retained arrangements with our clients. In both instances, the employer pays the search fee. In a contingency contract, the hiring company may be working with two or more staffing firms, although based on our reputation and proven track record, many times we are granted exclusivity with contingent searches. In a retained arrangement, generally reserved for very specialized or high-level positions, we are the only firm conducting the search. Whether the search is retained or contingent, we are only successful when you are placed into the role you desire.
Contract employment. If it is a contract assignment that you are seeking, SRI has established itself as a superior staffing firm. SRI has contract employees working throughout the United States and internationally, contributing to companies in a broad range of industries. SRI provides its contract employees with benefits including medical, 401K, paid holidays and accrued vacation pay. Learn more about what SRI offers global contractors.
