Facilitating Partnerships

Our engineering expertise is one of our greatest strengths. Many of our recruiters offer first-hand experience from prior careers as engineers themselves. When speaking with our clients and candidates about engineering jobs in Alaska, we understand the required skill sets, and focus on making introductions that lead to mutual success.

In the Alaska petrochemical industry, a project that must meet regulatory approval, time restrictions and budget constraints requires a team with discipline, integrity and an affinity for details. A simple scan of a resume can’t discern the personal characteristics needed for such a team. That is why SRI recruiters require in-depth interviews with all prescreened candidates seeking oil and gas engineering jobs in Alaska.

With our years of experience serving the oil and gas engineering talent needs in Alaska, we know how to facilitate teams of engineering and design leaders who can become successful contributors to our clients’ bottom-line performance.
