Sales and Account Manager

Professional Contract Staffing Practice

We are seeking dynamic Sales and Account Managers to join our Professional Contract Staffing Practice.

As part of a team, the successful candidate will exclusively sell contract staffing solutions to manufacturing and service businesses throughout the U.S.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives, secure job orders and manage client relationships
  • Source, recruit and qualify prospective contractors
  • Interview and vet contractors to ensure match, fit and compatibility
  • Present contractors to clients providing a summary outlining their candidacy
  • Provide guidance and facilitate the negotiation process



  • BS
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Inside or Outside sales experience
  • Passion for sales and account management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid desktop research, computer and organizational skills.
