Systems Research Inc. (SRI) is hiring a B2B Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition across our retained search, contingent placement, and professional contract staffing services.
This is a hunter role designed for competitive sales professionals who want control over their income, ownership of their results, and a clear path to leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and acquire new client relationships through outbound business development
- Identify hiring authorities and uncover talent-driven business challenges
- Sell SRI’s full suite of staffing and search solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through contract close
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Build and grow a profitable book of business
- Consistently meet and exceed clearly defined KPIs
