    About the Role

    We’re hiring competitive, high-energy sales professionals who are passionate about helping companies solve real business challenges through talent.

    As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll drive new client acquisition and offer tailored hiring solutions that make a real impact. This is a performance-driven, outbound sales role with a clear path to leadership.


    What You’ll Do

    • Proactively generate new business by identifying hiring authorities and uncovering talent needs

    • Sell SRI’s full suite of staffing and search services with clarity and confidence

    • Lead the full sales process from initial outreach to contract close

    • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction

    • Build and grow a profitable book of business

  • Corporate Recruiter – Sales Focus

    Are you a strategic recruiter with a proven track record placing top-performing salespeople? Join a winning team at SRI.

    SRI is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our high-performance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, engaging, and hiring Business Development Specialists or similar sales roles. This is a critical internal position responsible for helping us scale one of our most important assets — our sales force.

    As a 50+ year leader in executive search and staffing, we know that the success of our business depends on the people we hire. We're looking for a recruiter who not only understands sales but knows how to spot grit, drive, and potential in a candidate — and close them.


    What You'll Do:

    • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Business Development Specialist roles

    • Partner directly with leadership to forecast hiring needs and refine ideal candidate profiles

    • Use proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract sales talent

    • Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment

    • Drive offer and onboarding processes that result in long-term hires

    • Provide feedback and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes


    What We're Looking For:

    • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on hiring salespeople (B2B preferred)

    • Experience working in a staffing, search firm, or fast-paced corporate setting

    • High standards, strong intuition, and a competitive mindset

    • Clear communicator with excellent follow-through and attention to detail

    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Boolean search
