    What You’ll Do

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles
    • Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and role requirements
    • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding
    • Maintain candidate data
    • Participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives
    • Promote SRI’s values and culture throughout the hiring process

    What You’ll Do

    As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing new client relationships and offering customized hiring solutions. This is a high-impact, outbound sales role with real opportunity to grow into leadership.



    Your core responsibilities will include:

    • Generating new business by identifying decision-makers and uncovering hiring needs
    • Presenting and selling SRI’s full suite of talent solutions
    • Leading the sales process from outreach through close
    • Partnering with internal recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
    • Building and managing a profitable book of business
    • Consistently hitting KPIs and outperforming sales targets

A graduate of NC State University, Allie’s previous experience on the commercial side of life sciences has given her valuable insights into the industry, enabling her to effectively understand and meet the needs of clients in this fast-evolving field. Allie believes in SRI’s ‘Success for Talent’ mission because she has seen firsthand how dedicated each team is to understand the needs of both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Mike is a coach for all 3 of his sons’ baseball teams and enjoys spending time golfing and fishing.
