What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and role requirements
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding
- Maintain candidate data
- Participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives
- Promote SRI’s values and culture throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated, self-starting professional with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A genuine interest in recruiting and building careers
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communication, or related)
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruiting or sales is a plus

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing new client relationships and offering customized hiring solutions. This is a high-impact, outbound sales role with real opportunity to grow into leadership.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business by identifying decision-makers and uncovering hiring needs
- Presenting and selling SRI’s full suite of talent solutions
- Leading the sales process from outreach through close
- Partnering with internal recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
- Building and managing a profitable book of business
- Consistently hitting KPIs and outperforming sales targets
